At Debbie’s Sunshine Beagles, the health and well-being of our Beagle puppies are our highest priorities. We are committed to responsible breeding practices and providing every puppy with the best possible start in life. Our Health Guarantee reflects our dedication to raising healthy, happy companions and giving families confidence when welcoming a new puppy into their home.
Before leaving for their forever home, each puppy receives a comprehensive veterinary examination to ensure they are in good health. Puppies are also kept on a regular deworming schedule and receive age-appropriate vaccinations as recommended by our veterinarian. A copy of your puppy’s health record will be provided at the time of adoption.
We guarantee that every puppy is in good general health at the time of transfer. We encourage all new owners to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. This wellness examination helps confirm your puppy’s health and establishes care with your local veterinarian.
If a licensed veterinarian determines within this initial examination period that your puppy has a serious health condition that was present before leaving our care, we ask that you notify us immediately and provide a written veterinary report. We will carefully review the documentation and work with you to determine a fair and appropriate resolution.
Our puppies are bred from carefully selected parents with a focus on health, temperament, and sound structure. While no breeder can guarantee that a puppy will never develop health concerns during its lifetime, we strive to minimize hereditary risks through responsible breeding practices and proper care.
To help maintain the validity of this health guarantee, puppies should receive proper nutrition, regular veterinary care, routine vaccinations, parasite prevention, exercise, and a safe living environment. Failure to provide appropriate care may affect the guarantee.
This Health Guarantee does not cover illnesses or injuries resulting from accidents, neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, exposure to contagious diseases after the puppy leaves our care, or failure to follow your veterinarian’s recommendations. Routine veterinary expenses, vaccinations, preventive care, and normal maintenance are the responsibility of the new owner.
We are committed to supporting our puppy families long after adoption. If you have questions about your Beagle’s health, nutrition, training, or overall well-being, we encourage you to contact us. We are always happy to provide guidance and assistance whenever possible.
We are passionate about raising healthy, intelligent, and well-socialized Border Collies that become cherished members of loving families. Our commitment to responsible breeding, exceptional care, and lifelong support ensures every puppy gets the best possible start in life.
